A national chain with over 120 independently owned retail stores, Go Vita offers a huge selection of vitamins and health foods. Go Vita’s Good Health Club offers members discounts and access to up to date health information in store and via their website. Over the past years, the club has swelled to more than 150,000 members Australia wide. With so many members, advertising regular sales via mail outs was not cost effective.

With printing and postage costs increasing, sending mail pieces to members became unfeasible.

one2many learnt that most Go Vita stores were using a common custom made Point of Sale system to manage member sales and information. Working closely with the developers of this POS system, one2many was able to provide a custom API to fulfil all of Go Vita’s requirements.

With SMS functionality added, stores can now manage and send their own SMS campaigns directly from their POS system.

SMS is a far cheaper solution that enables us to be in constant contact with our members with the added benefit of reducing our environmental impact.

The immediate nature of SMS has enabled stores to hold impromptu promotions, which is impossible with mail drops. Many stores have reported a significant increase in sales when SMS is used to advertise in store promotions.

Through integration, one2many has helped Go Vita store owners increase both sales and member numbers without requiring additional procedures.
