Terms and Conditions
Your access to, and use of one2many is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
one2many reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. It is therefore important that you read this page regularly to ensure you're aware of any changes.
Code of Conduct
The provider is not responsible for the content or nature of the messages sent by the user of the one2many gateway.
The user may not transmit any Message which includes any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, spam, junk mail or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, or any material that violates the rights of a third party, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of that party.
The user agrees to comply fully with the SPAM ACT including, but not limited to, employing the three key steps (Consent, Identify and Unsubscribe).
The user is responsible for the content of the messages sent and accepts full responsibility for any claim that may arise from third parties as a result of message content.
Any complaints one2many receives regarding spam, unsolicited, offensive or defamatory messages from a third party will be investigated and may result in account termination.
The user may receive offers and information about one2many via SMS and/or email. Any user that does not wish to receive such material must opt-out by changing their 'settings' in the Message Centre.
one2many will send SMS's and/or email's that contain information that may affect service delivery, regardless of the users Message Centre settings.
Trial Accounts
one2many classifies a 'trial account' as an account where no credits have been purchased by the user.
Trial accounts are provided for the sole purpose of testing one2many's bulk SMS capabilities.
one2many reserves the right to expire trial credits at any time without notice.
Users of trial accounts accept that they may receive offers via SMS messages from one2many during the trial period.
The user agrees that trial accounts will be actively monitored by one2many to provide technical assistance and compliance with the trial account policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds can only be issued for unused credit, and within 7 days of the invoice date.
No refunds will be given for messages sent to an invalid number, rejected messages, or messages that expire while trying to be delivered.
By using the one2many gateway, the user agrees to the refund policy in full.
one2many will not refund credits due to the miss configuration of Email2SMS Profiles.
Privacy Policy
It is one2many's policy to respect the privacy of the User.
one2many will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about the user or the user's one2many account, including its contents, without the user's prior permission.
The user may from time to time receive marketing emails or SMS's regarding one2many services, and can choose to opt out of any further communication.
When submitting sensitive information (such as credit card details), the information is encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption.
Service Delivery
one2many provides this service exclusively online. Credits are ready to use immediately after a payment has been processed successfully.
one2many makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the service or any specific feature(s) of the service.
one2many reserves the right to change or terminate the Service at any time with 14 days notice. On such a termination of service, all unused credits will be refunded to the user.
Messages shall be deemed to have been delivered when one2many has delivered/sent the messages to the immediate destination that one2many's gateway is programmed to do, including SMTP servers, mobile telephone networks, or any other intermediary server or API that is deemed to be the point of dispatch of the message.
one2many does not guarantee delivery on behalf of mobile telephone networks or mail servers. SMS is considered a 'best effort' technology which means successful and/or timely delivery is not guaranteed by one2many or the destination network.
one2many may suspend or terminate the user's account if it believes any of these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
